How to Cancel Subscription

If you want to cancel your AI Perfect Assistant subscription - you can do it in your account settings.

Here's the cancellation guide:

1. Open your AI Perfect Assistant app

2. Go to Account tab and hit Cancel Subscription button

   

3. You'll be redirected to the site of our payment provider - FastSpring, please, enter the email you used at the purchase of AI Perfect Assistant and click Continue, an email with further instructions will be sent to your email

   

4. Then you'll see your subscription or list of subscriptions, choose the intended one, hit Manage and choose ‘Cancel Subscription’ option
